Nicole Sadler, FNP

Nicole Sadler was born in California and raised in South Jordan, Utah. In 2014, she moved to beautiful Cache Valley, where she continued her 19-year career with Intermountain Healthcare, working primarily in women’s services and establishing herself as a dedicated Labor and Delivery RN.

In October 2023, Nicole earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree and went on to specialize in Family Medicine and Endocrinology. She is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs.
Nicole’s areas of focus include Family Medicine, Mental Health, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Weight Management. She is also a qualified medical provider for medical cannabis.
Outside of her professional role, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and relaxing on the beach whenever possible.
