Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming and intimidating, especially if you’ve spent years carrying painful experiences on your own. You don’t have to do it alone. Whether we’re processing difficult memories, building coping skills, or exploring emotions, my goal is to help you move toward healing in a way that feels right for you. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, abuse, and other painful life experiences. I also enjoy supporting parents and caregivers navigating parenting. It is important to me to create a space where you feel heard, accepted, and understood.

I tailor therapy to your individual needs using a trauma-informed approach that may include EMDR, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Sandtray Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and other evidence-based interventions.

Outside of the therapy office you will catch me camping, spending time outside, taking my little family on adventures, and attempting to become a better reader.
