The therapeutic process is deeply personal and can sometimes feel overwhelming to navigate alone. I strive to create a non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your identity, process trauma, and understand your emotions and relationships.  I welcome adults of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, and am committed to providing culturally sensitive and affirming care.

I assist clients in identifying and evaluating their boundaries, values, beliefs, and core negative messages, encouraging them to live more authentically by releasing what no longer serves them. My goal is to help clients confront uncomfortable or painful experiences, challenge shame and limiting negative beliefs, and make space for new hope and joy in life.

In therapy, I consider the whole person—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. My primary treatment approaches are EMDR and CBT, while integrating other evidence-based modalities and individual client strengths. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, complex PTSD, loss/grief, family systems, attachment disorders, self-esteem/self-worth issues, and identity challenges, including those related to gender, sexuality and cultural background.

I help clients feel empowered to manage their emotional and relational lives by gaining insight, developing practical tools, and fostering resilience to navigate life's challenges. I consider it a privilege to be part of the therapeutic journey towards greater health, fulfilling relationships, and a more meaningful life.

Most days, I have a sheep-a-doodle named Gypsy who accompanies me to work.  She has kind eyes, a goofy soul and brings a calm presence to the office.
