Emma Heath

CSW

My name is Emma Heath, and I am a Certified Social Worker (CSW). I recently earned my master’s in social work from Utah State University, but my path in human services began long before clinical practice. I have worked closely with at-risk teens, incarcerated individuals, and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault - people whose resilience has changed how I see the world. Their stories lit the path that brought me into the realm of mental health, and they continue to guide the way I show up for others.

We often celebrate what can be seen - achievement, performance, the polished surface - yet I believe the deepest evolving we ever do happens quietly within. The greatest honor of my life has been witnessing a person who once felt closed, scared, and voiceless transform into someone they feel deeply proud of: someone grounded, peaceful, and moving through the world in alignment with their heart.

I believe this transformation is not only possible, it is our calling. We walk this path through intentional living, self-awareness, willingness, and the power of community. If you allow me, I would be honored to join you as you find your way forward. We each hold the right to reclaim the self we once knew was possible, before life taught us otherwise. And it is never too late to return to that journey of becoming.

As I am still learning, I'm open to working with a variety of presenting problems. I have experience in acute grief, sexual abuse histories, teen substance use and mental health challenges, and helping families or children of addicts.
