Life is messy, humans are messy! Sometimes we need help sorting all of the mess out. I believe that therapy should be a warm and inviting space to come as you are and work through all that life has thrown at you. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in people-pleasing, navigating a faith transition, healing from trauma, or simply trying to find yourself again, you don’t have to do it alone.

I bring empathy, humor, understanding and fun to my therapy practice. I show up in the therapy room as a real human who will listen and connect with you.  I utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based practices to assist your growth. I am trained in EMDR, Child Parent Psychotherapy, TF-CBT, Expressive Arts Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy and the ARC (Attachment, Regulation and Competency) model. I work with children, teenagers and adults.

When I am not in the therapy room I enjoy riding bikes with my family, skiing, hosting parties and reading a good book!
